CANCELLATION POLICY

1. I cannot accept any work that has been done by another nail tech. If you have gotten your nails done by a different nail tech you can include a nail soak off in the add on section or make a free consultation. Or both! The reason for this is I do not know what your previous nail tech used on your nails and could create a bad reaction to my products or have issues with retention. 2. In addition to work from a different salon, I cannot provide services on severely damaged nails or on nails that have diseases. Please contact me before booking if you are unsure or book a consultation. 3. Please be on time. I will allow a 15 minute grace period, but once 15 minutes have passed from your scheduled time, it will be considered a no show and you will be charged for the whole service. Again, this is for the respect of my time and loss of opportunity to fill the time period —E.g 20 minutes have passed and the appointment service costed $60, but is now considered a no show. Client will be charged the whole 60. 4. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service in respect towards my time and the possible loss of opportunity for someone else to book with me. — E.g appointment was $60, appointment canceled within 24 hours will be charged 30. 5. For this reason a required deposit fee is due upon booking only for new clients. **I understand things happen. But communicate and cancel any appointments you will be unable to attend to. PLEASE be respectful of my time, work, and effort to give each and every one of my clients the most high quality and relaxing services they deserve.
